BLOODY HELL is a Mexican extra hot made with red Habanero chillis and Capsicum Annanum chillis, extra virgin olive oil, red wine and fresh herbs.  This sauce is not only hot but has flavours.  It is preferred by people who like their really hot.  It can be used before and after cooking any dish.  It is great on anything like stews, casseroles, seafood dishes and can be put straight to cooked steaks, chicken or fish.
