HELL FIRE is a Mexican hot made with orange Habanero chillis, extra virgin olive oil, red wine and fresh herbs.  This sauce is versatile in any dish before and after cooking.  It is preferred by people who prefer their food hotter.   It can be used before and after cooking to spice up any dish.  Great on stews, casseroles and some people put it straight to their grilled steak or chicken.
