This is a sprinkle which tastes like wet dukkha.  It great on fried fish, baked vegetables, fresh green salad, stir fries & any grilled meat.  It can be mixed with mayonnaise, yoghurt or sour cream for fish & chips, any crisps or sliced vegetables like carrots and celery.
