It is the Mexican marinade sauce for any meat.  It has smokey flavour which is great as a sauce for any meat before and after cooking.  It can be mixed with mayonnaise, sour cream, yoghurt or cream cheese for fish & chips or sliced fresh vegetables.  It is so good on burgers and burritos too.  It can be mixed with oyster sauce or hoisin sauce to marinate chicken or any meat before grilling or baking.
